Referral marketing disclosure

How this site makes money, who does the work on your door, and what that means for the price you pay.

Updated: October 2026. Contact: hello@surprisegaragedoortech.com.

What is this website?

A marketing and booking site for garage door work in Surprise, Peoria, Sun City, Sun City West, El Mirage, Goodyear, Avondale, Buckeye, Litchfield Park and west Glendale. When you call or send the form, the request comes here first. An automated assistant answers the line at any hour and takes your details; a person follows up.

Who comes to my house?

An independent garage door contractor from the West Valley. Which one depends on the kind of work, where the property is and who is free that day. The operator of this site does not do the work. Ask who is coming and you will be told before the visit is booked.

How does the site get paid?

When a booking turns into a job, the contractor may pay a referral or advertising fee. That fee is between the contractor and this site. It is not added to your bill and it does not change the written price the technician gives you.

Does the fee change what I am quoted?

No. The sheet the technician writes on site, or the quote for a replacement door, is the price. Whatever arrangement sits behind it does not move that number.

Can I get another opinion?

Yes, and nobody here will try to talk you out of it. Comparing quotes on a replacement door or a big opener job is sensible.

What should I ask the contractor?

For any job over $1,000, their Arizona ROC number, which you can check with the Registrar of Contractors. For any job, their certificate of insurance and their warranty terms in writing. Contractors are independent: they carry their own insurance and set their own warranty terms, and the agreement you sign is with them.

Is my call tracked?

Calls and form submissions are tracked so we can tell which pages bring in work, and calls may be recorded after the notice you hear. That is measurement. It does not affect your price. The privacy policy covers what is collected and where it goes.

Does the site advertise?

It may appear in search results and in paid listings. Any service used to run or measure that advertising receives only what it needs to do so.

Can I reach the contractor directly?

Yes. Ask, and you will be given the name and number of the contractor handling your job. We would rather answer that now than leave you wondering later. Call (623) 462-9118 or email hello@surprisegaragedoortech.com.

Heard the bang? Door hanging crooked? Opener gone quiet?

Tell us what you see and a technician calls back to set a time, usually today. Parts and labor are written down before the work starts, and a quote on a replacement door costs nothing.
