A short, plain account of what you hand over when you contact us, where it goes, and how to get it back.

You reach this site two ways. You call, or you fill in the form. Either way, we end up holding a few things about you. This page says what they are.
From the form: your name, the phone number you want called, your ZIP code, what the door is doing, and whatever you type in the notes box. From a call: the number you called from, the time, and what you told the person or the automated assistant who answered. Calls may be recorded. You hear a notice at the start, and you can say no to recording before you say anything else.
From the website itself: very little. We count visits with a cookieless analytics service that records which pages were opened, not who opened them. There are no advertising pixels, no tracking scripts from social networks, and no profile built about you.
Where it goes
Your details reach the independent garage door contractor who takes your job. Nobody else, with two narrow exceptions. If a job needs a City of Surprise permit or an HOA submittal, the contractor shares the address and the scope with that office. If the law requires us to hand something over, we do. We do not sell contact details, we do not rent lists, and we do not pass your number to anyone who wants to sell you something.
Records of a job stay on file for as long as a warranty or a tax rule needs them. Then they go.
Your side of it
Write to the address at the top and ask what we hold about you. Ask for it corrected. Ask for it deleted once a job is finished and no warranty is open. We do each of those without argument. This site is meant for adults arranging work on a home or a business in the West Valley, and we do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under eighteen.
